明日水曜日は原宿カレーの日♪
原宿で週に1度で会えるカレー屋さん
そして毎週メニューは変わる大好きな
「BLOCK HOUSE 水曜カレー」

週替わりのカレーが本当に楽しくて大好き。
先日も行ってきました。
この日は
牛スジ！かれー
鯖キーマ
と定番の野菜のサンバルの３種類。
「鯖とジャガイモのキーマカレー」に
メインのカレーはもちろん
プレ―トについてくる
サブジやピクルスなどの副菜も季節の野菜をたっぷりつかっていて大好き。
この日は
ダルのサブジ
キャベツ
モロヘイヤと小松菜
そしてレモンピクルスには和梨が
鯖のキーマカレーは
身をほぐした鯖にゴロゴロとじゃがいもがアクセント
ごはんにはダルが。
鯖にジャガイモのホクホク感ある美味しさとのアレンジがおいしい♪
お米にぴったりな和を感じる美味しさです。
週替わりのカレーが本当に楽しい。
